One retainer. Whatever it takes to make you the answer.
GEO, SEO, content, AI workflows — pillars of one system, flexed each month to where you’ll gain most. No tiers, no menu.

How we work
One outcome, not a service list
We sell one thing: you, recommended. SEO, content and AI workflows are how we get there — not four boxes to buy.
We build you the asset, not rent you ours
Most tools you pay for and never own. We build your system and your data, in your database. You keep it.
The mix flexes, the goal doesn't
One retainer. Each month's work goes where the next gain is — measured by one number: how often you're the answer.
The Compounding Retainer
Our engagement model. You don’t buy a tier, a menu, or a service by the hour — you buy one retainer that moves each month to wherever the next gain in recognition is, and compounds as it goes.
Stabilise
The first months fix the foundations — entity, technical, the gaps the Recommendation Index found — so nothing you build later leaks out the bottom.Build
Then the engine runs at cadence: citable content and earned citations aimed at the exact prompts where a rival owns the answer.Expand
As you win the core, we widen — more query clusters, more engines, more of the market's questions — and the data record compounds underneath it all.
- What it is
- One monthly retainer. The whole system, pointed at your priorities — never a package.
- What flexes
- Some months it's entities and schema, some it's content, some it's a workflow that builds your data. We move to the next gain.
- What never changes
- One method, one team, the Recommendation Index's plan — measured by recommendation.
- No tiers, no menu
- We don't sell a stripped-back version or an add-on list. One whole system, or nothing.
- The front door
- Every engagement starts with the Recommendation Index. It sets the plan; the retainer runs it.
- What it costs
- Scoped to your firm and your goals, not a number on a page. Talk to Steen and we'll size it — funded by the margin you already lose to admin-heavy clients.
Four pillars. One destination.
They’re not four services — they’re four ways into the same result: the firm an AI engine names.
SEO
The foundation engines still read — crawlable, structured, fast. GEO is its evolution, not its replacement.
Content
Answer-shaped writing an engine can lift and cite — the passages that put your name in the reply.
AI workflows
Systems that do the repeatable work — harvesting questions, building entities, feeding your data — so engines keep finding you.
Your own data
Your citation and content record, in your database. The asset that compounds and competitors can't copy.
Every pillar points at one thing: being recommended.
//.the_edge_003
The edge in 2026 is data you own
Most agencies rent you a dashboard. We build you a system — your own citation and content record, in your own database — that compounds every month and competitors can’t copy.
You don’t rent the result. You own the engine that keeps producing it.
A Surrey wealth firm, 4 months in: AI citations up 9×, share of voice from 4% to 31%.
Illustrative example — not a real clientRetainer questions
- Why a 12-month commitment?
- Because AI recognition compounds, and it does that over months. Entity clarity, retrievable content and earned citations build on each other. A three-month run shows you the start of the curve, not the result. The term matches how the work actually pays off.
- What does the retainer cost?
- There's no price on the page because there's no fixed package. We scope one flexible retainer to your firm and your goals, then hold that price for the 12-month term. The Recommendation Index comes first and sets the plan — talk to Steen and we'll size the rest.
- Can we start without the Recommendation Index?
- The Recommendation Index is the on-ramp. It baselines where you stand, names who's getting recommended instead of you, and sets the order of work, so the retainer starts from evidence rather than assumption.
- What's the term and how do we end it?
- The retainer runs for 12 months. After that it continues month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. We don't lock you in beyond the first term.
- How is progress measured?
- By citation outcomes, reported monthly — how often AI names and cites your firm against your competitors, by persona and topic. We report results, not activity. You won't get a list of tasks. You'll get a read on whether AI is recommending you more than it was.
- Can the work shift as our priorities change?
- That's the whole point of one flexible retainer. Some months lean on entities and schema, some on content, some on a workflow that builds your data. The mix moves to wherever the next bit of recognition is — the goal never changes, the work does.
AI can't recommend what it doesn't know.
